Nestled in the woodlands just outside of Seattle, JM Cellars provided the dreamiest backdrop for Allie and Jonathan’s wedding day. With its intimate atmosphere, and cozy elegance, this Woodinville winery wedding venue set the stage for a celebration filled with warmth, connection, and timeless beauty.
As I assisted Brittany Hyatt on this wedding, I emphasized capturing this day with a blend of digital and film photography, which was such a fun way to capture all the intentional details and genuine moments shared. Every moment— from the sun-dappled ceremony under towering trees to the candlelit reception—was filled with an effortless elegance that felt true to them.
Thoughtful Details & Unique Florals
One of my favorite elements was the incredible floral design by Mimosa Floral Co. The colorful, romantic arrangements perfectly complemented the natural setting, but my favorite thing? A floral box that doubled as a welcome sign, greeting guests with an artful, garden-inspired touch. It was such a unique way to incorporate florals into the signage for the day.
Capturing this celebration reminded me why I love working with couples who cherish intention, community, and beauty. Allie and Jonathon and their families were incredibly warm and welcoming, making the day not just beautiful to photograph but also a joy to be a part of. And if you’re considering a Pacific Northwest winery wedding, JM Cellars is a perfect choice. The blend of natural beauty, intimate charm, and world-class wine makes it a venue that feels both luxurious and inviting.
