Caitlin + Max’s Stunning Fall Elopement

I was fortunate enough to photograph Caitlin + Max’s elopement recently, a stunning fall elopement that brought allll my autumn dreams to life.

 

If you’ve ever visited the PNW in the fall, you know how incredible this season is here. Forests become filled with the perfect autumn color palette, and mountains are surrounded by beautiful shades of red, oranges, & yellow. I’m truly convinced I live in one of the best states to witness the incredible, endless beauty of nature in the fall season.

And these two got to celebrate in the midst of allll the dreamy fall colors, along with amazing mountain views surrounding them and a surprise full moon at the end of the day! I’m beyond thankful I got to witness the emotions, landscapes, and jaw-dropping colors this day was filled with. Can you say autumn AF??

Hurricane Ridge: A Must-See in Olympic National Park

You’ve probably heard me talk about Hurricane Ridge in other blog posts, but that’s not gonna stop me from talking about it again – it’s one of my favorite spots inside of Olympic National Park! 

 

It’s one of the most popular locations to visit in the park because of its easy-to-access, stunning mountains views. These views are truly unbeatable on clear days and are perfect for any couple looking to elope in front of an epic backdrop without having to hike a bunch.

But note that the road up to Hurricane Ridge can get SUPER snowy in the late fall & winter months, so it’s best not to try and visit during that time of year unless you want to go skiing!

 

Hurricane Ridge has multiple hiking opportunities for those who do want to adventure on a hike, and in the springtime, you’ll see beautiful wildflowers in the subalpine meadows.
