I’m sharing this perfect Ballard farmers market engagement session for a few reasons – one being would you just LOOK at how precious Leah and Bobby are?! They were seriously such a fun and easy-going couple to hang out with on this day. I can’t wait for their wedding at the Olympic Rooftop Pavilion this coming August! And two, I thought the format of this day was so lovely, got so many diverse backdrops, and made for the perfect little engagement session in the city. 

Everything about this morning was something true to Leah and Bobby. Since they are such tried and true Seattle-ites, they love to peruse the Ballard Farmer’s Market (one of my favorite Sunday activities as well), have a cup of coffee together (they met while Leah was a barista in the building Bobby took his grad school classes in!), and then Golden Gardens is just a hop, skip and a jump away from the market for a little nature stroll. Admittedly, this day was a little chillier for running around in their engagement session clothes – but hey! It’s pretty much as close to a real-life look into their lives as it gets! And you gotta love that their wedding venue was just up the street from the market. They truly love this little corner of the city, and I do too. Ballard has the best nooks and crannies, exposed brick, and shops to hangout in.

Anyways, I’ll stop talking and let you enjoy the pictures now. But I had to show off this day, because I thought it was the perfect mix of everything you could want for an engagement session.
